*Treatments as of 6/1/23, subject to change without notice. The Diamond Membership is a 12 month commitment. Diamond membership are processed on the 1st of the month. Diamond Membership is not eligible to be used on our Weight Loss Program. Monthly treatment do not roll over, they are used or lost. Diamond Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offer including package pricing on our regular MedSpa services or any special promotions ran by the practice. Additional Diamond Member monthly treatments can be purchased for the cost of the monthly membership.
