Dr. Megan L. Swonke is a Otolaryngology–Head & Neck surgeon (ENT) with a specialized fellowship in facial plastic surgery, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the complex anatomy of the face and neck. She was hand-selected to join Heights Plastic Surgery based on her exceptional training, technical skill, and commitment to facial aesthetics.

To maintain a top-rated experience across this entire journey, we combined HPS with Upper Heights Surgery Center, located conveniently within the practice. This is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art surgical center accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). This is the highest standard of care for outpatient surgery centers with a focus on patient safety. Our team consists of board-certified anesthesiologists and experienced operating room staff.
To complement our surgical practice, we have included a full-service medical spa—Studio Essex. Our aestheticians and injectors are passionate, talented experts in non-surgical facial and skin rejuvenation. At the Studio, you will be able to take advantage of the latest concepts in skin care technologies and the highest-grade medical products for skin care and injections.
