Standard Facelift: A standard facelift is designed to address moderate to severe sagging of the face and neck. This procedure may include lifting of the lower face and neck, and can incorporate advanced techniques such as deep plane for more comprehensive and longer-lasting results. Incisions are typically made along the hairline and around or behind the ears, allowing the surgeon to reposition underlying tissues and achieve a more effective, natural-looking lift.
Mini-Facelift: This technique is ideal for patients experiencing early signs of aging, such as mild sagging or fine lines. It uses smaller, carefully placed incisions that are well hidden within the hairline and natural contours of the face, helping minimize visible scarring while delivering a refreshed, natural-looking result.

Neck Lift: This procedure removes excess skin and fat from the neck to address wrinkles, sagging skin and enhance the jawline with contouring.
Eyelid Surgery [Blepharoplasty]: This procedure corrects drooping or sagging eyelids by removing excess skin to refresh the eyes. We can treat the upper eye lid and the lower eye lids, or both.
Chin Liposuction: This procedure can improve submental fat or the double chin and can be done with or without a neck lift.
Neck Liposuction: This procedure can improve the neck silhouette and provide a more refined appearance. Typically paired with our Renuvion procedure for additional skin tightening. This procedure can be done with or without a neck lift.
Facial Fat Grafting: This procedure uses fat cells collected from liposuction to inject them into the face to restore loss of volume.

Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons and a dedicated patient care coordinator. During this visit, you’ll discuss your goals, review your health history, and undergo a detailed evaluation. We’ll walk you through your options and design a personalized surgical plan tailored specifically to you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, address any concerns, and review before-and-after photos so you feel confident and fully informed.

At Heights Plastic Surgery, facelift procedures are typically performed under twilight anesthesia, allowing you to remain comfortable and relaxed throughout surgery. Most patients return home the same day. Your procedure will take place in our private AAAASF-accredited surgical facility, recognized as the gold standard for safety in outpatient surgery centers.

On the day of surgery, your surgeon will carefully mark the planned incision areas and review your surgical plan with you once more. While it may feel like it passes quickly, most facelift procedures take approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete. After surgery, you’ll recover under the attentive care of our experienced team until you’re ready to be released to a loved one.

We’ll see you back in the office within 24 to 72 hours to monitor your healing, followed by regular visits over the next several weeks. Most patients are cleared to return to normal activities around six weeks after surgery.
